Location with bus stop at the door and ferry terminal 10 minute walk Great Lake view with nice outdoor deck and generally very comfortable La Dispensa next door was fantastic

Stove top didn’t work and no microwave Parking was problematic with a large vehicle

This home is incredible, the view from the patio and all 3 bedrooms of the lake is stunning, and it is 5 mins from Lake Como Center. The interior of this home is beautifully updated, comfortable furniture and beds, and is equipped with everything needed. The instruction booklet is also really helpful. Just 2 doors down from the house is a local restaurant/bar, and also a little store. Wonderful people. Communication with the rental folks was constant and really supportive. We are already planning to rent this home again soon!

This home has a 1-car garage, which is wonderful. It is large; however, it is really challenging to get a medium-sized SUV into it due to the tight space and corners. It has only stairs with 3 flights; however, they are good stairs and doable for the view. Finally, the upstairs neighbor who does not seem to like having a rental beneath his place, contacted the rental folks a couple of times during our 5-day stay to accuse us of spilling some dirt from a plant in the stairwell, breaking a leaf on a different plant in the stairwell, parking in the wrong spot, and breaking a small electrical box on the outside wall of the garage, which was all preposterous and we hadn't parked in the garage for 2 days. My husband finally had a discussion with the man, and about 20 mins later, we "lost power" in our place, with the rest of the building having power. :) We read the instruction booklet and easily turned the power right back on from the stairwell, but really childish of him. It is unfortunate, and while I can understand his concerns with renters coming in and out, his behavior is harassing. Fortunately, after messaging and calling the house rental folks, they seemed to know how this man is, and were very supportive of us. Tough situation for all it seems.
