"Pleasant"

The apartment was very spacious with a beautiful view of Siena! Large bedrooms and bathrooms, and everything was very clean.

The washing machine did not work, even though it was advertised. When I contacted Apartment Siena, they messaged me back saying that they contact the owner and they told them that it did not work. Apartment Siena said that they would send someone over to fix it, which they did not do. I also messaged them twice asking for directions about when to take out the garbage, but they never replied. Also, please note that the heat does not turn on until a few minutes after 7 pm and is automatic. This was not made clear to us during check in and we thought something was wrong with the system.

The location was excellent! Close to the Piazza il Campo with lots of restaurants and shops!

The washing machine didn't work and several lights were out. The tub didn't drain when using the shower. There was only one wine glass!!

This is a spacious, quiet and convenient apartment with comfortable beds.

it was a bit challenging remembering which keys to use in the 4 places you must unlock. Color-coding each one would help.

friendly staff welcomed us. Bedrooms bigger than assumed Bathrooms more modern than expected Kitchen equipment was good Very centrally located We’ve been there with 3 kids and had a perfect stay.
