Terrazzo meraviglioso, casa spaziosa, posizione, vista

L’appartamento è accogliente e confortevole, ma il vero punto di forza è il terrazzo panoramico: una vista incantevole sul paesaggio e sul mare che rende il soggiorno davvero speciale.

La posizione, seppur caratteristica e pittoresca, può risultare scomoda. Per arrivarci bisogna percorrere viuzze pedonali con diversi scalini: con i bagagli o in caso di pioggia può diventare complicato. Il parcheggio si trova in piazza, non distante ma neanche a ridosso della casa.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The balcony and the view were fantastic and it was a pleasure to walk the old streets surrounding. We liked the character of the whole place.

The room decorations were hilarious

Firstly, I am Sicilian, I know what this island can be like, nevertheless this was probably the worst place I have ever stayed. On two occasions there was no water coming from the tap or the shower and the toilet would not flush. The second time this happened we had no water for over 15 hours. This meant we could not shower, brush our teeth, or even flush the toilet after using it. It felt like camping and smelled horrible. The beds are rock hard, we could barely sleep. We had very little communication from the host, and found the drive to the location very dangerous with tight streets, we almost damaged our car several times. Again I booked because of the proximity to parking which ended up being public parking near the cathedral at the very highest point in the town, which was very hard to get to. We were really nervous leaving our rental car there. It was almost impossible to find the location on the tiny street and then we had to let ourselves in via written instruction, no one came to meet us. We are leaving feeling tired, dirty, and extremely disappointed, I'd love a refund honestly, this was a horrible stay.

The apartment was just lovely, and the views wonderful. Having a private terrace as a solo traveller ( for me) was so important. Fabio the host was just amazing.

There wasn’t anything about the property. Possibly more info on how to reach free parking a couple of minutes away such as what 3 words. Mutual.crumble.star

Location is good. A lot steps but near old city main street. Air conditionier works great.

Didn’t get the room from the picture. Not clean. The breakfast terrible - jam and toast. If we have an electric kettle where were coffee or tea bags? One of two glasses was broken. Difficult to finde because owner didn’t contact before stay. Didn’t answer to phone calls. The parking near Dome. Don’t try folow navigation - you will be in a big truble. Good luck.

The landlord is very easy to communicate with and willing to help. The room layout is very classic and the view from the top floor is beautiful.

Because it is a very old house, you have to climb stairs, so be careful if you are carrying large luggage.
