"Lovely for a nice relaxing long vacation."

Amazing location, nice spacious apartment with two bathrooms, great swimming pool, beautiful view of the vineyards and a gorgeous romantic cypress tree line along the access road. Large kitchen with a large fridge, decent electric stove top and working oven, suitable for cooking any meal. Rooms have great AC for those heat waves. Location on the hilltop ensures that night temperatures are nice and fresh even during the hottest summer days. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of their good wine (which you can also buy). Wild rabbits and wild pheasants were fun to spot around the farm occasionally. You can have a lovely morning or evening view of San Gimignano from the farm (not from the apartment). It's a great location to stay at longer term, and explore Tuscany at large from.

Kitchen has no good knives so if you plan to cook, bring your own. Mosquitoes are annoying, so bring repellant. Access road is gravel, steep and quite bumpy so drive slowly in 1st gear, and learn to live with a dusty car (not suitable for really low riding vehicles).

"An exceptional cottage on a farm with stunning views of the countryside."

The location on a hilltop amongst vineyards is invigorating. The swimming pool is beautifully-sited. The apartment, on the top floor of a farm building, is spacious, with all necessary furnishings and equipment.

The approach drive, 1.5 kilometers up a twisting gravel track, is not the ideal way to start and end a day out, though in compensation, we did see deer on most evenings and the view toward San Gimignano from the Montaito road is stunning.

The location and views are gorgeous. Bathroom is renovated, which is a big plus in this type of accommodation. The wine tour was great. Big thumbs up to David.

Getting there is a bit bumpy as the gravel road isn't fixed lately. I saw the cleaning ladies are not vacuuming and there were dust balls around the place. As it was a cold April, a cold draft was coming abelow the door and windows. Also had to pay for heating.
