Luxury Apartment

The property was spacious. The location is close to Villa d'Este, WITH parking. The hosts are hospitable and generous with their welcome pack. The kitchen is well-stocked, so one can really feel at home here. Carlo the host is very responsive and communicative.

The location was not easy to find, since it was on a hill with lots of high-rise buildings, and the apartment itself is actually located a bit back and hidden from the main street. I kept walking the street in a vain attempt to find it, but thankfully Carlo kept an eye out for us and ran out into the street to greet us. While there is parking in the back, it is not easy since it is one-way and on a steep hill.

Our host, Couldn't have been more helpful & kind. This is a very clean apartment with lots of living space & 2 outdoor sitting/ eating areas, kitchen is well stocked with equipment, everything you need for breakfast to a banquet. The extra nice touches were so thoughtful, like tooth paste & cotton buds to a lovely crate of goodies, teas & coffees to welcome us. All the mod cons in what felt like a family home. Wonderful

Small thing, more keys would be handy

The Host was friendly, helpful and directions/ communication before arrival were excellent. The Appartment was clean? Had everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything was thought including toiletries in each of the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with tea/ coffee supplied which was welcome after a long journey. Carlo our host has thought of everything, which made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I can comment on is that as it was very hot while we were there, air con would’ve been helpful but they did supply powerful fans in each of the bedrooms with was appreciated.

Optimal for a some days stay in Tivoli. We got photos from the entrance so that it was easy to see it from car. Apartment was very good equiped with washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. And host Carlo delivered all neccesary things for a good breakfast. Parking was closed and near to second access door.

Large and clean.
