Amazing host! Very clean and the location was amazing! No need for a car rental. Central to everything. Beach close by and right on the pedestrian street. Street noise was not an issue for us. Great restaurants to choose from close by. Kitchen had everything you would need like plates, cups, utensils etc. Washer/dryer 2 in 1. Farmers Market is not far either.

The only con was the weather was very hot. The host did put 4 fans around the apartment. There is an air conditioner, but I don't know if we were not allowed to use it or if it was broken. There was tape on the thermostat saying do jot use. Would not hesitate to stay here but next time with air conditioning. I am used to air conditioning. It was almost 40c+. So I guess on a normal summer day it would have been OK without. Other than the air conditioning, this place exceeded my expectations.

Location is perfect if you like city and night life.

Street is very noisy at night Dining room table is not stable Beds are not comfortable Linen is old and is in need of a refresh and very hot in summer Stove was dirty Underwear from previous guest found in drawer Lack of proper cupboards in second bedroom - challenging for long stay Apartment is hot and mosquitos a problem

location, three separate rooms, well appointed with everything you need, very clean, excellent communication!

Olga is very very kind person, she explained us everything. The flat includes everything we need. The was absolutely no problems.

The street is very vivid, there is music and crowd on the street till midnight. If you need quite nights, look for another one. But is worth it, the place is really famous.
