Przede wszystkim to mieszkanie bardzo zaniedbane, brak wielu podstawowych wyposażenia w kuchni (nawet papieru toaletowego). Poza tym to wilgoć na ścianach nawet w pokojach wszechobecna. Łazienka to juz osobny temat na wielkość mieszkania ubikacja z prysznicem rodem z XVI wieku. Mamma mia.

It’s spacious and prvided great space for a bigger family/group. Very central, walking distance to all main sights, lots of shops and bars nearby. The sofas in the living room were super cosy and comfortable. The beds too. We needed the heating on as we visited in March and it heated up very quickly. Roberto was prepared to accommodate all our needs and eveything was done in a timely and welcoming manner. He was super friendly and chill about everything. His help is much appreciated! Thank you, Roberto!

The place is great if you plan to explore on foot but if you have rented a car, parking in the area, and not only, even in the surrounding zones, was quite a challenge - it’s super buys and it costs 2 euros per hour during the day. On one of the days we spent more than an hour driving around trying to find a spot. The shower is tiny :). I guess this is very Italian but not really practical. The sliding door of the shower is quite broken and water leaked all over the bathroom. The apartment was clean and oredrly but can do with a bit of renovation as some of the walls were yellow from leaks or something. There was a dog in the building that wouldn’t stop barking at night and it was very noisy in one of the bedrooms because of that.

L’appartamento è abbastanza grande e spazioso, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva per diversi motivi legati soprattutto alla pulizia e alla comodità del bagno. Il bagno è molto scomodo: la doccia è estremamente stretta e difficile da utilizzare. Inoltre la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Dietro il bidet e il lavandino abbiamo trovato sporco e perdite d’acqua che bagnavano il pavimento, segno che non era stato pulito con attenzione. La cosa più grave però riguarda le lenzuola. Nei due letti matrimoniali le lenzuola non sembravano fresche e in uno dei letti erano presenti anche delle macchie. Abbiamo fatto presente immediatamente la situazione all’host, che ha risposto con molte scuse e giustificazioni. Ci ha anche inviato delle foto della ragazza delle pulizie che avrebbe sistemato l’appartamento, ma nelle immagini si vede solo il letto rifatto e non si può verificare se le lenzuola siano state effettivamente cambiate. Dopo avergli scritto privatamente su WhatsApp e aver inviato le foto il mattino seguente, l’host non ha voluto ascoltare le nostre ragioni e ha quasi insinuato che fossimo stati noi a sporcare le lenzuola durante la notte. Questo atteggiamento ci ha deluso molto. Il soggiorno è stato pagato per intero e, come ospiti, riteniamo che la pulizia non debba essere un optional ma un requisito fondamentale che l’host deve garantire. Purtroppo siamo arrivati al punto di dover dormire usando le nostre magliette per coprire i cuscini. Peccato, perché l’appartamento avrebbe anche del potenziale, ma con queste condizioni di pulizia e con questo tipo di gestione dell’host l’esperienza è stata decisamente negativa. Alla luce di quanto accaduto, riteniamo corretto ricevere almeno un rimborso parziale per il soggiorno, considerando che gli standard minimi di pulizia e igiene non sono stati rispettati

Апартамента не е лош, но има какво да се иска. Банята е супер малка. Мъжът ми е 1.90 и едва се побираше. Един климатик на 150 кв. апартамент.
