Very well equipped recently modernised apartment in an attractive historic building. Spotlessly clean and lots of space.

The apartment was located directly above a bar. On a Sunday night in October the patrons stood in the street noisily talking until nearly 2 am. Music from the bar was very audible despite having the windows completely shut. We could not sleep until the bar closed up. I strongly recommend ear plugs if you stay here. FWIW the bar was meant to be shut on Sunday, when we were there. Consequently I guess this was a private function so I don’t know how normal this is.

The location, place, and amenities were outstanding. It is 1/2 a block from a pedestrian space with countless restaurants, bars, stores, and historic sites. I wish it were just a bit quieter because we loved the space and location.

The only detractor of the property was that it is upstairs from a bar/nightclub that was open till 1:00 am, and the noise was very elevated during the late hours. If you're a light sleeper, this is a major negative and should be avoided.

Gli appartamenti hanno ottime rifiniture, bellissimi soffitti, materiali di ottima qualità. Zona centralissima molto comoda per visitare la città.
