B&B Syrentum

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious with a separate lounge area. It was very clean and well presented with nice touches for guests such as washing soap, kettle, tea & biscuits. There is also a line outside to hang washing if needed.

Nothing really, but if pushed for anything negative, it would be nicer to have metal utensils instead of plastic ones.

I honestly couldn’t recommend staying at this B&B more. We had the most relaxing and wonderful time in this spacious, spotless apartment. The location is absolutely perfect — the beach is just steps away, which made everything so convenient, and it’s right in the city centre. The street itself is quiet and peaceful, with no shopfronts, but you’re surrounded by plenty just around the corner. That combination made our stay even more enjoyable! The facilities, living area and bed were all great, and the two little balconies were a lovely bonus — perfect for sitting outside and soaking it all in. But the real highlight would have to be Anna, the host. We had a brutal travel day getting from Venice to Naples to Sorrento, with multiple cancelled and delayed trains. What was supposed to be a 3PM arrival turned into 2:30AM — a 17-hour travel day. Despite the late hour, Anna was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She not only communicated with us throughout the ordeal during the day, but stayed up to let us in and made what could have been a stressful situation feel totally seamless. We were so grateful. She also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat — every one of them turned out to be amazing. Her communication throughout our stay was exceptional, better than any host we’ve ever had. She really went above and beyond, even making check-out a breeze. The fridge was constantly restocked with fresh fruit, yoghurts, and juices, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll be recommending this B&B to all my family and friends visiting Sorrento in the future — and I’ll absolutely be booking it again when I return.

This was a lovely apartment in a fantastic area. Anna was so lovely and helped us with everything we needed, including a very generous breakfast . Perfect spot for sightseeing;)

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable in a great location and Anna was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. There was milk in the fridge and good coffee facilities, as well as yoghurt and fruit juice in the fridge. Lovely spot with an easy 2 minute walk to the centre of the historic area of Sorrento.
