Matteo has provided many iyseful nformation on his apartment, how to get there, how to park (even 2 little movies to help finding the car parks !!), and even booked a restaurant fir me. He is a very kind person and makes all what is possible for his guests. I apprecuated very very much. Definitely a wonderful person with a breathtaking apartment

The location is fantastic!! such a beautiful place to stay on the lake!!

The place was wonderful. It was just 20 meters from the lake. It took a long distance walking from the train station. The owner was really nice and helpful. The owner will give you the information about early self checking in. And the owner will help you find the taxi ( for pick up and send you to the train station)but you need to tell the owner ahead. Everything in the apartments was full equipped and clean. The toilets were really clean. The heater worked very well. The kitchen was full of utensils.

The house is renovated and kitchen is convenient for use. Also, location is great.

The parking is a bit of a hassle but manageable.

we loved the location in the heart of Bellano, and we thought the apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Our host, Matteo, gave excellent self-check-in instructions and sent pictures of our route to the house which were invaluable. The apartment was VERY roomy and comfortable, especially the bed. I also LOVED THE BUG ZAPPER! Playing tennis with the odd mosquito was never so much fun!

The neighbor’s children were delightfully noisy our first night, and unless you work the shutters properly, another neighbor could look right into the bedroom. A nice fan would take care of much of the noise as well as provide some needed air circulation when it’s warm. when the shutters were properly deployed, we had plenty of privacy and outside air.
