Die Lage ist sensationell! Nur wenige Minuten fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt und sehr zentrumsnah. Es gab eine ausführliche Self-Check-In-Anweisung und war daher unkompliziert. Man kann das Zimmer mit einer Jalousie verdunkeln. Sauberes, sehr ansprechendes Badezimmer.

Leider ziemlich hellhörige Unterkunft (Gebäude ist jedoch schon alt, daher nicht verwunderlich). Das Check-in-Zeitfenster ist etwas spät/kurz. Für mich ist es sich gut ausgegangen, aber ich weiß nicht, wie es funktioniert, wenn man früher/später anreisen möchte.

The apartment is centrally located and easy walking distance for everything. The host confirmed via Booking.com everything with me beforehand and how to access the apartment, there were also signs in the apartment what to do. We only stayed one night. Clean and well appointed, water in the fridge was a nice touch. The en suite in the main bedroom was very small and you had to pass into it sideways to enter, so its functional with large bottles of shampoo/ body wash placed on the floor inside. The main bathroom was roomy and perfect for family use. The kitchen had all you would need if you were staying longer and both bedrooms were spacious. WiFi was quick and no issues. Would recommended for a short stay if you wanted to be in walking distance and cook in the evenings. As mentioned in previous reviews there is no breakfast provided, it is just the name of the property. But there are lots of places as you exit for breakfast etc.

Everything. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, lovely generous breakfast. Shower small but plenty of hot water. Beautiful apartment, not far from the station. Exceeded expectations

You have to remember to take cash for the tourist tax

Amazing location! 10 min walk from train station , easy walk into city centre 10 mins. Supermarkets, cafes, bars on same street or literally round the corner . The photos do not do this stunning apartment justice Spotless , huge space , grand high ceilings , wrap around balcony , 2 bathrooms , comfy beds , beautiful view over Bologna , feels so Italian ❤️ Ripley lift as well - loved that ! We just loved it and didn’t want to leave

Very spacious apartment with a beautiful view over the rooftops. A lovely fruit shop close to the front door and great cafes close by too.
