property was nice, clean and tidy. we liked the searches about furnitures and loved the small details. ceiling and bed were top!

we would like to suggest to offer to your host, some slippers for the staying and remind them, to close the windows of the below restaurant is open (we came back and the room was smelling of fried)

"Charming place for a short or a long stay"

The location was easy to access. It is next to a main road that has a bit of traffic so not totally noise free but is quiet overall. The heating worked very well and the room and bathroom were warm quick. Size of the room was huge and is charmingly decorated. The property provided small breakfast for several days including some coffee capsules, tea, biscuits and jam. There is basic cutlery to use and basic dish washing elements for cleaning them in the bathroom.

The only con was the bed clothing, was a bit small for the size of the bed, so the sheet kept getting loose.

La Casa di Bassano is definitely a nice place. Not far from the city center and the area is not to loud. In the room you can have whatever you need: fridge, teapot, coffee machine, some plates and cups. The room is light and cosy 😊

We stayed in the Monte Grappa room, and unfortunately the bathroom wasn't inside the room. On the floor there are two rooms, so someone from the other room can use your bathroom (which is kind a private). Unfortunately we had an accident when our neighbors have stolen the toilet paper. Sure that's not a big deal, but it was unpleasant. Hope that the host of the house will solve this problem with the bathroom for the future.

Very comfortable beds and relatively close to the center. It was also nice to be able to heat up something to eat in the microwave in the room. Also the coffee maker is useful.

Not recommended for business travel. The owners do not communicate at all, I am still waiting for the invoice for the stay. Handing over the keys was done through a person who does not speak English at all, so very complicated to solve anything.

"Would never stay there again"

Fridge in the room and aircon

At arrival the room was not ready as arrenged the evening before on the phone.Had to wait 30 min just to get the keys and an extra 2 hours to get in the room. At 10:00 on the dot,rude cleaners told us to hurry up as they needed the room. Unexpected €8.00 to leave for the council.
