moře bylo někdy dost špinavé, všude Němci, kteří se chovali, jak kdyby jim to tam patřilo, hluk, alkohol, cigarety, párty v noci u bazénu, pokoje byly čisté, ale chodby a bazén moc neudržovali.

Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedés, 10 perc sétára volt a tengerpart. Kényelmes volt a felszereltség: mind két szobába klíma, nagy terasz, lift a szobáig, medence autó beálló stbstb.

Wi-fi használatához kért összeg… 10€ 1db készülék, szóval 5 személy esetén 5 telefonra a wi-fi 5*10€… Külön számlára vezetve megkaptuk a takarítás díját ami nem kevesebb mint 90€… eléggé nagy összeg egy mondhatni kis területtel rendelkező apartmanért, nem beszélve arról hogy wc papír tisztítószerek sem voltak az apartmanba mindent nekünk kellett saját költségre intézni. Plusz fizetést igényeltek az ágynemű tartozékok xy € / nap / ágynemű… A szállás foglalás időpontjában mondhatni kedvező ár volt, de viszont a fent leírt dolgok abszolút nem szerepeltek az ajánlatba, és ezek a sok “ kicsi “ dolgokkal egyéb plusz €-s fizetésekkel eléggé lélekromboló meg szépen lassan ezek a kis dolgok nagy értékűek lesznek a kapott árajánlathoz képest. A szállás hirdetésében szerepelt hogy az Apartman privát strand résszel rendelkezik, ilyenkor az ember arra gondol hogy ez tényleg így van es lent a parton esetleg szobához csatoltan jár egy napernyős rész, de sajnos a valóságban nem ez jelent meg… semmiféle privát strandrész nincs nem hogy szobához tartozna, és lent a parton szinten nem olcsó pénzért bérelhettünk napernyős helyett mind össze 28€ / napért… Az márcsak egy kis bónusz hogy időnkként elment a víz, nem csak a meleg, szimplán nem folyt se egyik csapból se a zuhanyból és a wc tartály sem töltődött fel, ami azért ez a víz hiány gond elég nagy probléma és tud pár kellemetlen élményt okozni, kis várakozások után a víz visszajött de a hiba sajnos rendszeresen elő jött. Megkérdeztünk pár ott nyaralót náluk is ez a probléma felmerült.

After having read all the comments before we actually arrived at Residence Melograno I was truly anxious about what we may encounter. When we finally came in, all of my anxiety vanished with a big relief. It seems the agency learnt its lesson. It was clean and spacious enough for a 2+2 family. The apartment was sufficiently equipped (except for bed sheets). When we couldn't find a free place on the residence parking, it wasn't a problem to leave the car along the residence in Via Plutone or Via Urano at the end of which there was a nice bar with delicious and cheap seafood. The beach wasn't far away - it took us around 10 minutes to get there. The freely access to the swimming pool is also a big advantage. We appreciated also the view from the balcony and the air-condition. We'd love to come back!

I was aware of the necessity of paying in a caution (100 euros), a cost of cleaning (it was higher than I had read before - 90 euros), but I forgot about the tax (for our stay it was 40 euros). We also decided to rent bed sheets without which it would have been rather difficult to feel the comfort of sleeping (40 euros for four sets). All in all, I had to spend on 270 euros in cash which is not a tiny amount of money taking into account other expenses (in the end, we got the caution back). What's more, if you want to have internet connection it is also paid (1,50 euro/day and it is generated only for one device). We resigned from this 'facility' to have a break from the online living. In my opinion, bed sheets and internet should be treated as something basic with no extra charge. And the funny thing - you pay for cleaning but before your check-put you have to clean the kitchen (also fridge and cooker) by yourself otherwise you will be charge again for cleaning. Finally, the barbecue grills shouldn't be placed next to balconies as the burning smell and smoke spreads and gets into apartments.

Pěkné ubytování v příjemném prostředí a moderním apartmánu. Výhoda je bazén, který je součástí ubytovacího areálu. Vzhledem k tomu, že máme malé děti, tak si manželka pochvalovala volně přístupné pračky.

Jako nevýhodu trochu vidím, že ani v areálu, ani v blízkém okolí nejsou žádná dětská hřiště nebo sportoviště.

We loved the apartment. It was very clean, quiet and the kids loved the pool. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Terrazzo grande.

Purtroppo la struttura non era pulita. Benché il servizio di pulizia fosse appena finito L'appartamento era sporco, macchie sul divano e nel pavimento, ragnatele nella camera e moscerini morti attaccati alla tenda del bagno; per non parlare delle zone esterne ( scale , ascensore) dove la pulizia era inesistente, mai visto nessuno pulirle durante il nostro soggiorno ma visto l'accumulo di sporcizia credo fosse davvero da molto tempo che non passavano. Abbiamo richiesto una culla per un neonato e anche quella presentava macchie e sabbia il che ci fa pensare che da un cliente all'altro non si preoccupano minimamente di controllarla e pulirla. Scarsa dotazione di posate.
