Everything about this accomodation is ok.

Location is not good, it is about 2 km from train station or old part of city Como.So if you have a car it can be ok.

The flat was very clean. The check in and check out were ultra simple and we could even park the car in the backyard. Great value for money.

If the flat was extremely functional, I could not say it felt cozy.

I was allowed to leave the luggage before check in. The cleaning lady was really nice. The owner was fast to respond. The facilities in the apartment were very good.

Loud boiler right next to the bed. The air conditioner was also quite loud. The location isn’t too convenient.

Had a delightful stay at La Casa Sul Bosco. The apartment was spacious and situated in a very quiet building, a short walk away from Como Old Town. Gabriele was a fantastic host. The self check in was very easy given the detailed guide he provided along with ensuring we were happy and everything was okay after check in.

Very cozy apartment perfect for your stay. A little big further from the city center, but guys, a transport communication is really good in here, plus it takes only 20 min to get to the center city on foot. In the accommodation there is everything for your perfect stay, price-quality on a very high level 👌 Good communication with the owner.
