Très bien situé et tres cosy. Le lit est grand et la petite kitchenette est tres pratique

Il bagno è troppo piccolo: soprattutto la doccia. La cosa che meno mi è piaciuta è l'odore di fumo che non è andato via neanche dopo 5 giorni di aerazione. E' la seconda volta che mi capita con un alloggio booking (stranamente mi era capitato l'anno scorso in un'altra casa sempre a Formello!)

Very convenient location

The day upon arrival I've been told I couldn't pay with my card. The only allowed payment method was to wire transfer money to a personal account under the owner name. Of course, I've been promised an invoice I've never received. Spotless italian experience

Comfortable apartment in the old city. Good value for money and a nice host.

The host was very friendly. The water heater worked well. I loved the little kitchen. It was perfect for our needs.

In historic old town right on the Via Francigena. Small but cosy and well-appointed. Good communication with host, and was allowed to check in early. Great base for walking around the old town. Coffee maker with plenty of pods!
