- a lakás elhelyezkedése - a kommunikáció probléma mentesen es gyorsan zajlott. A kérésünkre probléma nélkül kaptunk egy taxit, ami hajnali fél négykor kivitt minket a reptérre.

- a lakás a városközpontban az óvárosban helyezkedik el, de arra nem számítottunk, hogy az egész lakásban lehet hallani a kinti zenét. A lakás melletti téren minden nap legalább éjfélig üvöltött a zene. Egy hétfői napon érkeztünk es jó ha egy két órát tudtunk aludni a zaj miatt. A nyitott ablaknál való alvás lehetetlen. De zárt ablaknál is be hallattszott a zene. - az ajtók annyira nyikorogtak, hogy egy nap után nyitott ajtók mellett voltunk kénytelenek aludni. - két hálószoba van egymás mellett, de az egyik hálószobában a falak nem érnek fel a plafonig... talán ha valaki gyerekkel utazik, nem lenne probléma a privátszféra hiánya. De mi négyen voltunk (két házaspár), es elég kellemetlen volt, hogy minden egyes szót hallani lehetett. A lámpát se lehetett felkapcsolni a folyosón, mert a fény felebresztette a másik párt a hálószobában, ott ahol a fal nem ért fel a plafonig. - a lakás nem volt tiszta. Az asztalok nem tudom mikor voltak utoljára takarítva. -az egyik szobában az ágy az egyik oldalon el volt törve. A mélyedés az ágyban annyira kényelmetlen volt, hogy alig lehetett rajta aludni. Összességében nem tudom ajánlani ezt az apartmant.

We were met by Emanuela who welcomed us and explained the details of the apartment and made us feel very connected with the location.

Absolutely nothing

Good location, spacious apartment with outdoor terrace at the rear. Balcony at the front overlooking the very busy street. Good window closures and shutters. However, a disappointing stay.

Dissapointing as the apartment was not well presented or prepared. All the plants were dead and instead there were weeds, also dead. The pictures on Booking.com show lots of lovely green plants on the terrace and balcony - and these are not a true representation of how it was when we arrived. Large canopy/umbrella on the terrace is very dirty and partly broken. Floors were dirty, wardrobe shelves dusty. 3 broken chairs, broken laundry rack, a broken glass, coffee machine did not work. No instructions or help on how to use the washing machine, it was not connected and when we asked we were told not to touch one connection, and to use an adapter from the hairdryer, there wasn't an adapter on the hairdryer! So we did not try to use it, as felt unsafe. It seemed like we were the first guests of the season and the apartment had not been prepared.

The location is great, close to most attractions and Vucciria is only 10min walk, yet avoiding the noise of that neighborhood.
