Tutto. Elegante, confortevole, arredata con gusto. Piacevole il terrazzino sul tetto. Posizione ottimale in centro, comodo con tutto.

Come tutte le case veneziane di legno e mattoni i rumori si riverberano in tutta la struttura quindi passi, oggetti spostati o altro si sentono forte suprattutto di prima mattina.
