I loved the location. The apt is 5 min from the train station. The host is very helpful with any questions about the area. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay

I misunderstood and did not realize that the terrace was on another floor above our apt. The balcony right off the same floor as the apt is adequate and bright.

A bright airy modern apartment with local Puglian styling touches. The beds were comfy, the location was amazing (10 min from the train, 10 min to old town and around the corner from a playground.) Monopoli was a great base to reach all that Puglia had to offer. The private terrace was also a huge win!

The knives were a bit dull and we could have used a dish drying rack but overall everything was fantastic

Very nice appartment, good location, near to Monopoli centre. You can find shops and coffee on every corner. After 5PM we had problems to find parking spot, but after few minutes we had always found one. Parking on the street is for free. Big terrace is realy nice, you can relax there and enjoy athmosphere of old city. Perfect place for dinners with glass of wine. If you want to go to beach, you'd better travel by car, the most beautiful are about 2km far from appartment. Mauricio as a host was nice, he replay on messages asap, explain everything and also prepared list of good restaurants in the town. :)

We had a problem with air condition, strange bad smell. In fact, we avoid to use it. Maybe it need to clean up. The only thing we really missed was microwave as we had to cook due to my cousin's food restrictions and we wasn't able to heat the food- it was difficult in owen.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk to the train station, even closer to the historical centre, 2 min walk to the bus station to Alberobello. It's very authentic and stylish. Comfortable, clean, and equipped literally with all that you need. Mauro is a great host. So, exceptional 👏
