reception arrangements not ideal. Guidance should have stated that access to the property would be by meeting host at the car park entrance. It was not easy to identify the access to the property.

Great location in the city centre. Good wifi, good heating fully equipped kitchen.

The check in process was terrible. No communication on how and when we could get into the room. I had to call the lady when we got there. The issue was that she spoke no English whatsoever, and also German or Frech didn't help. I do not expect to speak anyone to speak Englsih fluently but when you are dealing with tourists some basics would certainly help. The TV is extremely small. There is no balcony to sit on. It's so small that only one person can stand on it. The landlady was in the accommodation without our knowledge while we were out. Apparently we didn't open the window shutters correctly but instead of giving us the chance to fix it, she came in the room to do it herself. This is unacceptable.

very friendly welcome but limited english. It would be easier to have a clear instruction on time and how to meet for pick-up of keys. Streetname and number with clock (googlemap does not have the right info about the streets regarding directions )

Location, lovely old building, view of lake from kitchen and owner explained everything when checking in and was very friendly

Asked to leave baggage early but was a problem. Address was not clear ended up at a store...had to go to store and the owner of store show us the apartment. No enough cooking pans.
