The location is absolutely wonderful , the staff was ready to solve any kind of problems . Francesco at the reception was very welcoming and kind. I'm sorry to read that some guests mentioned no staff being present, but we found him very helpful at the front desk. Unfortunately, our stay was too short, but we will definitely come back.

Nothing , is a really quiet and relaxing place !

Breakfast was not provided. The rooms were comfortable, but I would not describe the apartment as a "Deluxe" studio.

The only seating for dining and relaxing was outside under a veranda. The access road to the property is extremely rough. The host, Angela, was not often on site and difficult to contact. There were 3 electrical appliances in the kitchen (kettle, coffee maker and 2-ring hob) but only one power point so only one appliance could be used at a time, The hot water was barely warm and the shower rather confined.

Great spot in the olive trees looking over the sea down the hill, but still not far from Olbia, fab beaches and lots of other pretty places all within about 15-20 mins drive. Gorgeous grounds full of flowers and really carefully maintained. Fabulous pool. Loved the room, spacious, cool, clean, comfy. thanks :)

The location on google maps is wrong. Host contacted me before I arrived with correct link to location - follow host's info to find it. Even when you come off the main road it's hard to know where to go. There is a sign after the gate but its very faded. Would be easier to find with a sign on the gate/ gatepost.

Great location and lovely space

Everything fantastic, structure with sea view, large with well-kept garden.

Beautiful place to spend a wonderful time in Sardegna, very peaceful and quiet, we had an amazing time here, truly recommend it. The stuff was extremely helpful, helping preparing a birthday surprise for my partner. I would come back!

We had the best time here, the property is beautiful and our room was lovely and spacious. We had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to make basic meals during our stay. The pool was fantastic, our favourite part. A beautiful place and we would love to return one day.

Nothing to improve - just wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is lovely, really convenient base to explore the North of Sardinia. The pool and gardens are fantastic and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy them both. Angelha was an incredible host and went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations and flexibility on our booking. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchenette had everything you’d need!

Some of the fittings were a bit loose like plug sockets and the bathroom locks were a bit stiff and tricky - minor issues though and nothing that would stop us staying there again.
