"A worthwhile apartment to rent"

We were there during the Metallica concert, and apartment prices all over Bologna were very high. This apartment had a relatively acceptable price for that period. It’s fairly close to the city center, using public transport is simple, and the city bus stop is very nearby. The cafes and restaurants in the vicinity are good and not crowded with tourists. The apartment was exactly as described on Booking, so you know what you’re getting. Communication with the host and check-in were fair.

Since I expected this, these things cannot affect the rating. There is no air conditioning in the room, just a fan — I don’t know if it gets hot in the summer, but it is clearly stated in the offer that there is no AC, only a fan. The accommodation does not have parking, which the host mentions in the description, but there are two parking garages less than 10 minutes away.

El baño necesita mejorar. Las sartenes también, no las usamos. Mejor si hubiera habido más platos y vasos.

Very nicely appointed, clean, well stocked - the host was gracious and thorough! Very nice!

All was good - a little noisy as we were next to a busy street and the sheets were a bit scratchy for this princess!

"Ideal place for 2 and a bologna city trip!"

Great location to visit Bologna, only 20-25 minutes on foot to the city center! Quiet, nice apartment with all necessary facilities to cook/eat every day (basic salt,oil and soap) at the flat with really fresh local products (cooperative market only 5 minutes away on foot). Host was really helpful and welcomed us explaining everything. Flat is not super modern but really clean and wellcared for.

"perfect place to stay for a couple days"

the apartment was really nice and fully equipped. we didnt expect it to be so perfect. the bed was really comfortable and everything was clean. the host is super nice and will help with problems if you have any. the location for us was nice although we had to walk a little bit to the station and centrum. and there is an excelent pizza near!!
