Perfectly located, especially if you come by car. There is a dedicated parking nearby, next to an EV charger. The owner is available at all times to help and advise on places to visit and things to do, we had a lovely time and hope to be able to return soon!

The apartment is at a great location. It is a cosy little place with everything that is needed for a couple of night's stay. It was clean and newly furbished. We were very satisfied.

There is no human contact, everything is automatized. It is great on one hand (no need to wait for someone to let you in, no need to carry a key, since everything works with a code), but it has disadvantages as well: you get a lot of written instructions that you need to carefully read before starting xour stay, and you feel quite on your own if anything goes wrong. There was no instruction booklet like the ones we saw in other highly automatized apartments. It took some time to figure out a few things and could never operate the automated shades (either they did not work, or it was more complicated than we assumed). The owner sometimes wrote in Italian and told us to switch the language in booking.com, which just does not work in our version of the app. I could copy the text and translate, but when you are in a hurry, it is a hassle. We asked two tips about shopping but never got a reply, so the experience is a nice but rather automated one. Overall, I would recommend this place, as it is a really nice place at a great location at a great price, but the hospitality part is missing.

Well organised self checkin-in. Extraordinarily comfortable bed. The off-street parking spot is fabulous. Windows open on a leafy green courtyard.
