The apartment is new and is equipped with everything you might need on your staycation in Sperlonga - AC, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, tea, soaps, you name it..The manager/owner was extremely kind and left us extra towels for the beach. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Usually we’re very picky on how clean/new/comfortable the places are. But this apartment literally didn’t give us any reason to complain :) The location is perfect too. The beach is 5 minutes away from the apartment, as well as the supermarket. All the nice restaurants of the old town can be reached in 10-15 minutes by walk. Finally, the apartment had a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view on the mountains.

Everything was perfect.

there was everything one might need for a stay with a family. The house is very nice and clean, with a nice balcony, very well located close to the center and the beach. the host was also extremely accommodating.

The apartment was beautiful and right in the middle of everything. Our host was exceptional and picked us up when we couldn't get a taxi or bus, and it was a two hour walk from the train to the apartment.

Exactly like the picture and clean ! Great location close to bus stop shops and beaches. Host is a very kind and lovely. The aircondition is fantastic in all main rooms! The kitchen was perfect! We loved our stay here, will recommend this place !
