Luca was a superb host that made everything comfortable, enjoyable, and easy! He even gave me some free pasta and pesto for making dinner! Couldn’t have asked for a better or more beautiful stay. I will 100% return one day.

We stayed at Luca’s villa for 5 days and had an absolutely wonderful time. Luca is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and always ready with helpful tips on where to find the best local spots. We particularly enjoyed the loggia overlooking the lake - a great spot for breakfast!

The road to the villa is narrow, but this was not a problem in our SUV

Not far from Orta san giulio, it is an old fashion villa with lake view,pool,garden and a most enjoyable host. Apartment was perfect, bed was comfortable, we cooked small dinner with pasta and wine from nearby grocery store. A perfect place, sorry we were only one night.

Luca ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Villa liegt ruhig in aussichtsreicher Lage. Es gibt eigene, überdachte Parkplätze und einen sehr schönen Garten.

"Owner likes property and can not see what it is grom eyes of customers"

Good coffee, charming host, generally quite clean

Low water pressure, thin old towels, tiny shower, no shampoo, cramped shower and tiolet layput, lacking bed electrical outlets, no smoke or carbon monoxide sensors despite gas appliances, microwave and washer listed, not in apartment. Poor value in comparison to other properties on trip.
