"Host Rossano is the best host! This was our second stay in his property, and each one is amazing. Highly recommend."

The property is at amazing location if you like peace and quiet. You also feel very safe because it’s not easily accessible from the street. The views from the apartment are amazing, the best sunsets! Interior design is modern, minimalist and perfect. Staff and host are very helpful and communicative. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. You can choose to have towels changed every day if you like. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

If you don’t like walking and can’t use stairs, or have a small child with stroller maybe this is not the place for you. :)

La struttura é molto bella, arredata con grande gusto, in un palazzo in pieno centro. L’accoglienza di Rossano, gentile, disponibile e simpaticissimo.

La struttura si trova nel centro storico di Sant’Elpidio a mare. Vicina a una piazza nella quale è possibile parcheggiare. La struttura è davvero curata nei dettagli, molto pulita e le camere sono molto grandi. La colazione è self, ma c’è tutto l’occorrente. È possibile anche richiedere la colazione salata il giorno prima e il gestore fa trovare toast per il giorno seguente.
