The Villa is charming and comfortable. We were happy to return with our daughter and enjoyed the terrace apartment. Wonderful location with helpful staff. Close to beach and center. Added plus was access to private beach club to swim in the rocky part of the sea! Incredible! The villa has a wonderful library of travel books, beach umbrellas to borrow and even sunscreen if you need!

Location and professionalism of the staff. Claudio was exceptional.

Our bathroom would benefit from an upgrade, especially the shower. A pool/plunge pool would take this property to the next level.

Proximity to the beach and center and easy access to public bus to Palermo. Quiet, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Very responsive and helpful staff.

"Best sicilian stay!"

Location was one of the best we have stayed in. We had our own private terrace with a spectacular sea view. We could walk to the beach in 2 mins and the hotel provided beach towels and blankets, which was super nice. It is situated extremely well, you could walk to restaurants although touristy, or buy groceries and cook in the apartment. There were a few outdoor spaces also to sit and relax. Lots of books, cards and games were also kept in the common/reception area. We had a mezzanine i.e. ground floor with living and kitchen space, first floor as a bedroom and second floor with terrace and sea views.

The whole apartment smelt really bad one night due to the odour coming from the bathroom (sewage most likely), however the host immediately sent someone to take care of it. Other than that, we had the most amazing stay.
