"Schöne und saubere Wohnung, Personal ist top"

sehr nette Personal, ruhige und zentrale Lage, saubere und helle Wohnung mit Meerblick. Zu Restaurant und Cafe kann man zu Fuss erreichen. 20 Min kann man mit Auto nach Palermo fahren.

die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig. Warmes Wasser für duschen ist nur beim Zimmer mit Meerblick verfügbar.

The location in the city couldn’t have been better.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help me plan out activities and times. I asked where to get sunscreen and the staff was kind and provided with some at no cost. Their attentiveness made the experience more special and I would love to visit again!

Inrichting had een hoog IKEA gehalte, zou iets meer aandacht besteden aan authentieke Siciliaanse spullen (tafel, kasten ,etc)

"Primo weekend di dicembre a Mondello"

La struttura è in una posizione meravigliosa a Mondello di fronte al mare

Le foto sono quelle della bellissima villa principale ma abbiamo alloggiato in una casetta dietro la villa. l’appartamento è carino e ristrutturato tranne per gli infissi, in pessime condizioni (uno di noi si è fatto male per aprire una finestra e la porta d’ingresso ha la serratura difettosa). Nel mese di dicembre l’appartamento non è stato riscaldato prima del nostro arrivo e,nonostante due richieste di aiuto con i condizionatori, abbiamo ricevuto solo assistenza telefonica. Ce la siamo cavata da soli ma avremmo gradito un intervento. La colazione praticamente assente, abbiamo trovato fette biscottate, marmellata e bollitore ma niente the, acqua o caffè. Anche la pulizia oggettivamente sommaria, dietro i letti e negli angoli c’era parecchia polvere. In sintesi:contesto e presentazione molto belli ma esperienza sotto le aspettative. Enormi potenzialità, accoglienza e servizi al minimo. Peccato!
