ATTICO IN FIERA apartment

We got there a few minutes earlier than the expected check-in time and David was already there waiting for us. He was incredibly friendly, showed us the apartment and even gifted us some treaties. Couldn't be better than that :) The electric curtains can make the bedroom completely dark and provide a restorative night of sleep. The TV is great and the kitchen is fully equipped. The internet works flawlessly in any part of the apartment, including the balcony. The apartment is also neatly decorated and makes for a good place to work in an inspired way. The balcony was our favorite place, and the amount of real plants there makes it truly special.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!

The terrace was beautiful but we really liked the touches left for us. For example, in the cupboard there were some spirits so we could make aperol spritz and there were a range of biscuits and chocolates. It felt a lot like a home and less like a hotel which was lovely.

The location was very convenient for the conference I was attending (10 min walk) but the walk into town is approximately 30 min walk which is perfectly fine but just be aware.

Mr. David met us in front od the building, he is so kind and ready to help. The appartment has a perfect balcony and view of the city. Highly recommend the appartment for your stay in Bologna.

We loved everything about the apartment. Our favourite thing was the beautiful balcony, you are at the top of the building so it feels very private, and the jasmine plants mean the balcony smells amazing. It gets the sun in the morning for breakfast. The whole apartment was very clean with great facilities, comfy bed. Lots of nice little touches like the sweet cupboard! David was so friendly and helpful. Our flight and train were both delayed so we were late getting to the apartment but this was not a problem for him even though it meant a late check in for him. It’s an easy walk to the train station, and we took day trips to Florence, Modena and Venice. We paid €12 for a taxi from the train station, and I think this would be slightly cheaper in the daytime. It’s also an easy walk into the historic and university districts, and has lots of bus routes to get to the other side of town too. It’s 5 minutes walk to a big Coop supermarket, or to a Lidl. We would definitely return here.

Brilliant apartment that has everything you need. Located about a 25minute walk from the town center. Luca was a great and accommodating host. Really recommend his place for a trip away to Bologna
