We loved the view and the balcony. The staff were very responsive. Its so close to the Duomo and Piaza di Campo.

The killer steps and a freezer would have been good.

Location was everything, short walk from all the main attractions. Restaurants and cafes downstairs. View was spectacular from terrace. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hot water finished very quickly, and the place wasn't clean, the bed shits had stains on them. Some of the furniture was broken and unusable. There was no wifi when we arrived and no soap and shampoo

The location in the historic center was excellent. It was very close to the school I was attending. It was easy to walk to major attractions and to small grocery stores. But the central location meant it was busy with other tourists who were often noisy until late at night. The balcony was a lovely bonus.

The kitchen supplies were worn included chipped and cracked cups, and only 3 spoons. There were problems with hot water and electricity which were fixed but caused periods of discomfort. Be aware that there are 72 steps to the door and no elevator.

The location was excellent; in the old town on the 4th floor of an old building. View across the rooftops to the countryside. Right opposite the Pinacoteca art gallery. Perfect for going for an evening wander. The balcony was a must! Comfy bed, and a settee to lounge on. Good response from agency when we lost the electriciy!

The cooking area is a bit too small. There could have been some more utensils - like a cheese grater.

Location of this apartment is excellent. it was but a short walk....a very short walk...to the main tourist sites. It is very central. The outdoor temp during our stay was 40 degrees plus so the air conditioning was necessary and worked well, thankfully. It benefits from a reasonably large terrace which we made some use of although the outside temp worked against it. In slightly cooler times it would be an excellent facility.

You know before you arrive that the apartment is several flights of steps (72 steps) from ground level so that has just to be accepted and endured. It did not trouble us. What we didn't like was the absence of any form of welcome pack (even water!); no coffee mugs only three small cups (we bought mugs); only two wine glasses with one cracked and unusable; no teaspoons; bathroom sink plug mechanism not functioning; of the four terrace chairs one was broken the others dodgy; the clothes dryer broken & unusable; stained living room couch......

It was not enough clean. The furniture in the balcony was dusty. The bedroom window open to the apartment common area, the room was dark. We need to change home and the team was very helpful. We appreciate their effort.
