Margherita gave us a warm welcome and she gave us information about Genoa. She gave us a discounted parking fee. Very happy with the accommodation.

The property was stunning, exactly what it looks like on the pictures and had all the facilities we needed.

As it was just off a public street, it could be quite noisy at night.

One of our best experiences in a private flat. Margherita was a thoughtful and very kind host. She was flexible on chek-in times. The flat is in the heart of the historic centre of Genoa which is very convenient for visiting the city. The flat is very quiet, tastefully decorated and very clean. Many things were provided, as in a top-of-the-range hotel (for breakfast but also in the bathroom). There were even games for the children and prosecco for the adults! Thanks again for everything, Margherita!

Shower a little small

Margherita was brilliant and had excellent information to help us get around. The flat was beautiful and exceeded what we expected from the pictures, while being right in the centre of the old town. Had an excellent time here and would definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean and tranquil apartment with all necessities, including a washing machine (integrated behind the kitchen unit doors). Lovely, helpful host.

The apartment had everything someone needs. It's very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Margherita was very responsive and nice, she left coffee capsules and some options for breakfast, as well as water bottles in the fridge. There was also shampoo, shower gel and conditioner for us to use. The check in was very easy and we were able to check in even before the dedicated time. She also let us leave our bags after the check out in the room until we took our train, which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this place.

The one negative thing is that the apartment is located in an area where at night you might not feel very safe, although nothing happened, it's just that it looks a bit doggy. However, it's super central and within close distance to all main attractions/services.

Property was beautiful, large and comfortable. The air conditioning was a real bonus on the hot Italian days.
