An apartment on the third floor with a large balcony around the whole apartment. Two bedrooms, one of them very small with only a bunk bed and small cabinet (it has about 5-6m2). Parking spot outside next to the building (fenced with gate). The building is in the second row, it has a narrow view of the sea in between two buildings in front of it in the first row. Very close to the beach (about 50m walk to the beginning of the beach, the beach itself is very wide at this place, so a few hundred meters more to the sea).

You need to pay extra for bed sheets, which was not obvious to me from the description.
