The apartment was the perfect size for two people. The host was there waiting for us and explained he needed to know. The apartment even provided a small breakfast of french toast, jams etc. There was cakes, water and a bottle of prosecco waiting for us and there were orchids in pots . The apartment was very clean and well maintained and quiet but in a street with all the facilties you might need with a short walk to the main square and old quater.

Nothing really to complain about but Would have liked a microwave and stronger lighting in the lounge area and somewhere to hang coats on entry. As other reviews a sofa rather than the two chairs would be better.Please be aware there are a lot of stairs but this was not a problem for us. Be aware that there is a lot of construction work in Bologna at present for new tram lines but host helpful told us before arrival of where to ask taxi to drop of and info in apartment to where to request pickup so transfer was really easy

The apartment is located right in the Old Town area, beautifully decorated and very cozy. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the central train station, with a supermarket and several restaurants just 10 minutes away. Sabina, the host, is an extremely kind lady who gave us great tips on what to see and do, welcomed us with breakfast items, and even allowed us to check in at 8 AM at no extra cost. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Beautiful remodeled apartment in a great location. It was very well equipped with supplies any traveler would need. Washing machine was a nice feature. Host was very helpful arranging transportation for us. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Bologna.

Friendly and helpful hosts met us and helped with luggage. So warm and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. With lots of wonderful treats in the room for us.

Bologna Beauty Case is a lovingly and tastefully constructed getaway hosted by the most thoughtful and helpful hosts you will ever encounter. Sabina and Camilla communicate in advance, providing you with helpful information regarding current construction in the area, greet you with warm smiles and help you with luggage. The flat is fully equipped and supplied with everything a short or medium term guest might need. The level of attention to detail is truly amazing. From toiletries to coffee pods, your hosts start you off with everything they can think of. Located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, a 10 minute walk from the Piazza Maggiore and a 15+ minute walk to the Central Station, this is a wonderful flat for Bologna getaway.

There is currently construction taking up the entire road in front of the building. This proved to be a mild inconvenience and the apartment’s location, facing a lovely inner courtyard, shielded it from most outside news all day long.
