"Perfect"

Perfect location, 10 minutes from both train station and centre of Bologna, train station has direct link to Venice, Florence and Verona. Easy check in/check out. Lovely and quiet, air conditioning is amazing, mattress extremely comfy.

Location, easy walk to main attractions and eat street on block away

The stairs, a few flights up from the ground floor then more up to the apartment. Could do with more comfortable lounge.

The host is simply amazing. We were very warmly welcomed by her, although we requested early check-in with Easter egg chocolates and goodies for our kid and a nice Prosecco for us. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities that one might need fully equipped kitchen and the place is a heaven and very quiet to our surprise in a beautiful and very happening city.Higly recommend the place.

It Camilla met us on time, this was very important for us. Everything was great. The location is what you need, 10 minutes from the train station, 10 mins from the city centre.

To summarize in a few words: Small and compact, clean, quiet, well-equipped and satisfactory. This apartment exceeded our expectations. The host Sabina and her colleague Camilla kindly answered our questions about everything before our stay and gave us some recommendations. They provided accurate and complete information regarding transportation to the apartment, access to the limited traffic area and parking. Camilla welcomed us at the apartment and handed over the keys. Inside the apartment, there were beautiful gifts prepared for our little daughter, a coffee machine and capsules, cakes, basic breakfast foods, milk and many other things. Thank you also for the delicious bottle of Prosecco you left for us. If we come again, we want to stay in the same place. Highly recommended.
