Un po' lontano dell' stazione

Le forniture erano ottime, appartamento veramente fornito di tutto. Aria vissuta, clima in camera/salotto. Proprietario veramente puntuale ed efficiente. Vicinanza sia con il centro di santa marinella che con la spiaggia di santa severa che con civitavecchia. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.

Non ha una vera camera ma un 'unica stanza (salotto/camera) se uno vuole dormire e l'altro vedere la TV risulta un po' difficile. Clima solo in camera, la cucina e il bagno sono caldissime, sicuramente in questo periodo il caldo è tanto ma è anche una mansarda! L'ascensore non arriva al piano che è il 4. Arriva al terzo poi bisogna fare 2 rampe di scale. Parcheggi pubblici presenti in strada ma perennemente occupati comunque abbiamo trovato nell'isolato dopo. La spiaggia più vicina un po ' impervia.

Humid flat and not easy to ventilate

The bed which was provided for us was in no way suitable for sleeping. It was fragile and I think it was actually used for display purposes or something in a shop. The central support for a king sized bed should not be less than 600mm. it was approximately 100mm with the supporting middle leg not even screwed to the bed frame properly. Furthermore, the toilet was not flushing properly and was broken. To use the toilet we had to use a bucket left in the kitchen. The shower curtain was covered in mould and overall the room was a disgrace. I am not one to complain but this was shocking.

The beds were like trash bins, very unconformable. It was dirty and mess in the whole flat and the bathroom was like a hole for dogs ( small, and narrow).
