This is a beautiful property! I wish we could have booked more time here. We loved our stay. It's in a wonderful location and within walking distance to so much. The son was the one that met us with the keys, and was SO incredibly helpful!! We would stay here again, and I would recommend to anyone going to this area.

We loved this place! The location in the heart of the historical area was perfect for us. The feel of the b&b needs to be experienced as it is hard to describe here: the door, the old walls and ceiling seemed ancient, full of charm. The actual living space was small but incredibly stylish, practical and comfortable. It all worked well for us. The quirkiness of the outside area where we had our afternoon tea was lovely... I could go on! Simone, our host, was super-excellent, easy-going, friendly and fast in his responses. He also picked us up from the station and chauffeured us back when we had to go. We will be recommending this place to all our friends!

The room was perfect in every way. The location is within easy walking distance from most of Tivoli's tourist attractions. The exterior is a beautiful old building. The interior is very recently renovated, classy, and comfortable. It has a really nice, warm vibe. It was also spotlessly clean. The entrance is down a small dead-end walkway with a table and chairs just outside so you can have your coffee and wine out in the cobbled streets where you're tucked away from everything it feels private and intimate. There aren't big crowds in the immediate area, so the room and surrounding area are very quiet. There's a small bathroom and a small kitchen, both well-equipped. The host provided some basic breakfast items (pastries, yogurt, good coffee), and there was good wine available to purchase on the property. The owner is very nice and very helpful. Excellent quality for the price.

Location is perfect to visit old town, room itself was very well furnished, beautiful and renovated with taste. Coffee machine was there and also a nice selection of wines in case guests would like purchase smth local. Great host, helped us with information about Tivoli and also reserving a table for dinner.
