BGROOur host was really nice and helpful. He met us at the property, even if our arrival time was delayed about half an hour due to traffic. We also got quick replies to any questions. The apartment is really nice and it has pretty much everything you might need
The only thing which took us by surprise was the fact that in Dervio the heathing doesn't turn on until the 15th of October (this was not the host fault, as it is a general rule set by the local administration), but Nicolo (our host) quickly helped us to resolve this issue by bringing us a space heather
FIWe really liked the apartment, large, comfortable, it was very clean, good location, close to the train station, shops, cafes, lake and beach! Very beautiful view from the balcony. The host Nicolo was very friendly and we would love to come back again! 😊

ITThe apartment was really warm and comfortable, that was what we needed being winter period. It has all the facilities you may need. It is located in the center of Dervio, close to bars and supermarkets.
