Other than the view and location, unfortunately, there’s nothing to praise about this apartment.

I really wanted to stay on this stretch of coastline, and unfortunately all the other options for those dates were already fully booked. I paid a price comparable to a hotel, but other than the view, I got very little in return. The apartment looked very strange in real life. It felt as if the owners had collected random second-hand furniture and placed it there without much thought. My partner and I both kept hitting our knees on the so-called dining table. The metal bed was extremely uncomfortable. There are two coffee machines in the apartment, yet no kettle. I had to boil water in a saucepan just to make tea. Customer support is only available until around 5–6 pm, and at 6:30 pm we suddenly lost electricity because the apartment’s power capacity is far too weak. Apparently, if you use the heater, TV, dishwasher, and boiler at the same time, it trips the breaker. Since no one was available to help and the instructions for finding and resetting the breaker were completely unclear, I spent 30 minutes searching for a solution and checked the house inside and outside several times before figuring it out. Before check-in, they also failed to account for the fact that there would only be two guests. Every bed and even the sofa had been made up, which created a very odd first impression. We then had to spend time putting the apartment back into a normal livable state ourselves. You can hear traffic noise from the bedroom, although it’s not overwhelming. The cleaning chemicals used the day before check-in were overwhelmingly strong and took a long time to air out. At the same time, the cleaning itself was superficial — the floor was not properly clean. Unfortunately, I cannot and do not want to recommend this place.

El apartamento está en alto, como se construye por allí y tiene una bonita vista del lago desde el salón. La ubicación para nosotros ha sido perfecta entre Stresa y Baveno. Es un apartamento amplio que tiene todo lo necesario y es acogedor. Estaba bien preparado a nuestra llegada y limpio. La comunicación con la empresa que lo alquila y instrucciones para entrar claras y sin problema alguno. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia.

En la zona no hay caminos o aceras para ir andando de un pueblo/ciudad a otro/a, por eso hace falta un coche para moverse, mejor que andar por la carretera.

Die Lage war einwandfrei-ich würde sagen "atemberaubend"

1.-es fehlte die Angabe, dass man 88 Stufen vom Parkplatz aus steigen muss um zur Wohnungstür zu kommen. 2.-man kommt in die Wohnung und da stehen 2 Feldbetten vor einem- linke Wand-ein Tisch, daneben die rote Schlafcouch 3.vor dem Fenster ein billiger Tisch mit Gartenstühlen (Aussicht, wie beschrieben "einmalig" 4.Küchenzeile: ok - WLAN: Reinfall 5.Schlafzimmer: ein franz.Bett im kleinsten Raum ca. 15 cm Platz von jeder Seite um ins Bett zu kommen 6.Badezimmer: alter Duschvorhang aus Plastik- Heizung neben der Toilette scheint beschi..., ist aber verrostet 7.natürlich sieht alles mit einem "Weitwinkelobjetiv" einladender aus... 8.trotz Heizung ist uns die Feuchtigkeit ins Bettzeug und letztendlich in die Knochen gezogen.

Czysty apartament. Przestronny. Cudny widok przez okno.

The view is amazing. The appartement is well decorated and comes with all the ne essay equipment. The parking spot really is a plus
