house was spacious with interesting decor. The garden was nice

The house is badly in need of renovation. Far too many things not working or missing altogether. looking at earlier reviews many of these issues have existed for a long time and it seems unlikely that the landlord has any intention of fixing them any time soon 1.The sofa-bed is stuck in the bed position so there is nowhere comfortable to sit in the living room. We ended up having to use the kitchen as a living room 2. The mosquito screens could not be fully closed and had large holes in them. We were covered in bites after our first night and as a result had too keep the windows closed for the rest of our stay. 3. The dishwasher and oven do not work. 4. There is no toaster or Washing Machine. 5. The microwave is so high up(perched on top of the fridge/freezer) that you have to stand on a chair to use it safely 6. There is mold in the shower and rust on the radiator. The wooden grating that you stand on in the shower needs replacing 7. The only wardrobe that is not padlocked has a hanging rail that is so high, it cannot be reached even by standing on the bedside table. 8. The iron cannot be used as the dial is missing 9. The top shelves in the kitchen can only be accessed by standing on a chair 10. No welcome pack 11. The 'outdoor dining area' consists of an old plastic table and a bench built of brick
