Posizione centrale. Ampiezza della camera, del salotto e del salotto. Comodità dei letti e del divano letto dove ha alloggiato il quarto ospite. Pulizia. Presenza dell'ascensore. Comunicazione perfetta con la proprietaria Agata.

Scomodità dei cuscini: troppo alti e duri. L'unico parcheggio gratuito è alla stazione dei treni, ma fortunatamente è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa.
