Very much disliked the location of the outside keybox and the way the management team didn't make clear that we need to get to the office only for them to verify we were who we said we were and not get the keys whilst we were there. But the property is great !!!!

The location,the view is absolutely beautiful

To many requirements before our arrival,the heating it’s not ok,you should improve it because in this period it is still cold

Big apartment in nesso, in the middle between como and bellagio. It's very clean, very big and well sorted. The staff are extremely helpful and available 24/7.

The entrance is a VERY steep hill, like 80* drop. And it's difficult to go up while on foot. You need a car. Also, no nearby supermarket/market/grocery stores, so you need to stack up.

Great location with a parking. The apartment is well equipped with too bedrooms, a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, and a living room with a beautiful view on the lake. The flat has also a large private “garden” which is really appreciated to enjoy a dinner. The town center is 05 to 10 minutes walking distance where you can find a bar, a restaurant and the bus stop (which is great because it is not so easy to park in this region).

Views were amazing, great stay with a wonderful terrace.

The steep driveway was terrifying.

View from balcony was great.. pretty much that’s all!

1. Light outside bathroom was flickering 2. ⁠air conditioner makes lot of noise 3. ⁠need something to keep soap etc in the shower 4. ⁠need black out curtains.. bedrooms get too bright at 5:30 am 5. ⁠no ventilation in the bedrooms.. no AC or fan - can’t keep door/window open as there are mosquitoes
