Historic Center Luxury Apartment

Very large 2 bedroom apartment, brilliantly located inside the City walls. Very spacious rooms including bathroom. Nice and clean and just a stroll to the main City sites.

Poor communication and slow responding to questions and need for assistance (help with sir con)

Modern and well decorated apartment with 1 large room and 1 reasoble size.

The cooktop was not working properly, but Sabina was very attentive and helpful.

Location was perfect, quiet despite being central. Very close to cafe for early coffee and pastries as well as good restaurants and an oil & wine shop next door!

The kitchen needed a few more items - a chopping board, spatula, tea towel, coffee machine (like in the photo?)

Property is perfect. Really nice mix of old building and smart house appliances. Great location.

If i have to add anything, Nespresso or similar coffee machine would be great. There is moka pot, but making bad coffee…

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Lucca; the flat was immaculate, very clean, comfortable and modern . It's been very stylishly renovated and very spacious - much better than the photos. The situation is superb, a short step from the centre of medieval Lucca, but quiet - and only the first floor so easy to access. Easy to get anywhere in Lucca from the apartment, 15/20 minutes from the station and more cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep than you could possibly want! Easy pick up of the keys from our host, excellent communication. We loved Lucca and would stay here again if we were to return.

I can't think of anything - the ultra modern sink in the bathroom wasn't my favourite!

The apartment is in excellent shape. It is obvious the owner spent a lot of resources and energy to make a perfect place for a traveler to feel comfortable. It is very well designed with a lot of gadgets. I personally loved the shower. The apartment is well located inside the old town, a short walk from the center and all the sights.

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities required for a 4 night stay in Lucca. The apartment is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Bedrooms were good size and really comfy beds. Host arrived at agreed time and handed over keys and showed us around the apartment.

We had issues with the hot water on one day but the hosts were quick to respond and rectify the issues which was much appreciated. We had no internet during our stay but this was due to a local outage.

Location was perfect. In the centre but away from the crowds and only a short walk from the station. Apartment was large and very stylish. Large bathroom was also perfect.

The radiator in the main bedroom didn't work so was a bit chilly. Worked fine in the rest of the accommodation. Check in could have been better.

loved the location, the property itself and the host! would definitely recommend

the cooker was either broken or difficult to use as it kept turning off however I did notify the host of this and have no doubt that they will rectify it!
