L'emplacement, près de la plage, du centre ville. La gare se trouve à 10' en mobilité douce. Tout peut s'effectuer à pied dans Levanto et c'est mieux. Les déplacements en voiture sont à éviter. La climatisation a été très utile pour rafraîchir l'appartement.

L'accès pas très aisé avec la voiture et le garage. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture d'un gabarit normal (taille VW Golf) sinon c'est vraiment une galère. La connexion WiFi ne fonctionnait pas vraiment.

Location was good. Clean

Hot water was not turned on until second day when we asked. no extra towels, no hand soap, very little toilet paper. Bare minimum . No extra effort was made in the unit to make us feel welcome . Was told we would betaken to another close by parking facility if our car did not fit in the underground. He sent a friend to take us to a parking spot, on the street, far away, with no way to get back to our unit. Until I asked , he then went and got a vehicle to drive us back. Giovanni was very nice. He was just helping out the host. But when we needed to leave and pick up our car, the host was not helpful. Told us that they helped us because they were being kind, and had jobs of their own. Until I made it clear, we did not know where the car was parked, did not even have an address. Then he sent a map to get us to our car. Very frustrating

Very small parking area and difficult to enter and exit.

Very nice flat, fully air conditioned, great landlord, immediate reply to calls, messages, etc., helpful and friendly :-) close to town center but very quiet at night, very close to the beach

Parking lot was good, but careful with the size of the car; Audi Q5 was difficult, but Riccardo helped with everything and navigated through the basement

Large appartement, great location (close to Levanto center and the beach, bit still very quiet). Nice balconies. Helpful host.

No air conditioning (but no surprise, description was accurate). Parking was very cramped, barely got the car in and out.

Delightful clean and spacious apartment with new appliances. Loved the balconies. Great location - a short stroll from the beach, shops, restaurants and train station. Helpful and pleasant assistance on arrival.

Nothing

Very spacious and beautiful vintage apartment. New renovated kitchen. Good location to stay and see Chinque Terre. 5 minutes walk to the train station. It's located 200m from the beach with a small grocery store near by with delicious food. Possible to rent a bike in the near by bike shop. Available parking place is a plus, because parking is difficult to get and expensive.

- there are no clothes hangers in the hallway - there is no shelf in the shower

The property was lovely, the host gave great instructions to pick up the keys. The location was within walking distance to the train station, centre and beach, 5 - 10 mins.
