Center Loft Apartment

La posizione è la qualità che più mi è piaciuta dell' alloggio, comodo sia alla stazione dei treni, al porto- all'autobus sei in centro e sembra strano vista la posizione ma risulta anche abbastanza tranquillo la notte salvo qualche ubriaco che impreca chi non so.

Le dimensioni delle docce, risultano un pò anguste nelle dimensioni per il resto tutto ok. Poi la carenza di parcheggi, sono tutti a pagamento, e per quei pochi liberi se lasci la macchina li per diversi giorni potresti non trovarla più li, ma doverla andare a ritirare al deposito delle auto poste sotto sequestro presso il comando dei vigili urbani, e li son dolori per il portafogli.

The apartment has only two small windows overlooking the yard. When we arrived there was a smell of damp and fungus. We tried to ventilate for over 6 hours. Unfortunately it didn't help. We left the apartment the next day after notifying the host. We had a reservation for 3 nights. Despite the excellent location, I do not recommend this place due to the smell. I think that for sensitive people (allergic people) it may even be dangerous to health. The owner was aware of these problems - damp and fungus due to some issues with the building.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and very well located

The owner of the apartment was unable to warn us that every Friday there is a market in the parking lot near the house. For this reason we had to pay almost 200€ between the fine and the tow truck. It is his duty to inform and help the guest. He is the one who knows the area, he is responsible for informing what we tourists do not know (how is logical) Every Friday they tow around 5 cars of tourists, because THE OWNERS OF THE AIRBNB do not communicate. His misinformation cost us almost the same as the stay.
