Location is great. The balcony is special. Great communication and everything is perfect

The location was amazingly close and an easy walk around Modica. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. After ten days, it felt quite homey! The cave shower was huge and a hoot with almost instant hot water. The owner responded very fast to my few questions.

That instant hot water for the shower came from a smallish water heater and meant that the shower had to be brief! While out of the owner’s control, the motorcycles and scooters constantly revving and reverberating up the narrow, stone street did become rather annoying!

It is an amazing apartment with everything you need. The host was so helpful and helped us a lot with even sorting out a doctor to help us when our daughter got sick. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Modica

It was perfect! I can’t imagine a better position, close to the main streets and restaurants, but in a quiet walkable street. Everything we needed or wanted was provided and Rudia’s suggestions were terrific.

The place is in the great location what we enjoyed a lot. Ladies taking care about it are super nice and supportive. The apartment looks really nice and has everything needed. Owner is also open to host the dogs, so we will be happy to come back there in the future with our pet :)

The location was great close to the restaurant strip and two big grocery stores. Parking was less than a 10 minute walk and was free. The air conditioner worked well. There was lots of hot water. The terrace was quite nice although it had no view. This was an excellent value.

We have no negative comments about our stay.
