I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The stunning view was worth everything!! The space was beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could have asked for. The host had prepared snacks and a bottle for us, all little things such as laundry pods and bedrooms slippers! More than what we could ask for!! Kicca was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and eager to ensure I had a fantastic stay. She even prepared a booklet to introduce us the surroundings, timings of restaurants openings and ferries timing, making our explore around the vicinity so much easier!! I truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return! If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem. Thank you, kicca for having us at your place and a memorable experience!

This place is an absolutely gem. The views from the apartment are breathtaking, & Kicca is an absolutely angel. During my stay I got sick, and Kicca went above & beyond to help us in many ways that I am forever grateful for. Because of her amazing and caring hospitality, I was able to quickly recover and continue with our trip. Thank you Kicca for being so caring and if you are looking for a beautiful, gateway spot- I highly recommend booking this as your stay in Bellagio. You will not be disappointed.

Everything was perfect. The place is completely stunning, the view is incredible, the attention of Kicca was the kindest that we receive as guests. If you would like the perfect moment, here you are going to find out. No doubt. This will be the place in the world that I’m going to keep in my heart forever and the moments that I lived there will be probably the most beautiful that I lived in my life, and this house was the perfect scenery. If you have the possibility to stay here, don’t miss it. You are not going to regret. Thank you very much to Kicca, who was extremely kind and sweet at every moment. I felt at home. Absolutely unforgettable everything!!!! Just a reminder for who don’t like to walk or have a problem to climb a little bit. There is a few meters of hill but when you see the view from the house, you realised that it is worths!!!!!!!!

Lovely accommodation with a beautiful view, nice and quiet and relaxing. Kiki was lovely and came to pick us up from the ferry as we were unable to find a taxi. Room was spacious, bed was soooo comfortable, and gardens are beautiful.

Lovely walk into town but if you don't have a car and the weather is bad, it is hard to find a taxi and the bus did not show up at the scheduled time, but the view and accommodation outways these .

Fabulous stay at the beautiful property - The owner Kicca was lovely and very helpful 😀 would definitely recommend staying here, immaculate apartment with gorgeous gardens and wonderful views.

The walk back from the centre of town was a bit of a trek uphill once you got closer to the property, maybe not suitable for everyone, but it kept us fit and gave us those wonderful views

Impossible to fault anything about the apartment or its host, Kicca. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, everything was clean and the apartment was fitted with relatively new fixtures and fittings. Views over Lake Lenno were breathtaking and the surrounding garden space was well kept. Kicca was very friendly and informative and always happy to answer any questions we had!

This is not a critiscm of this apartment specifically, but more of the transport system in the area. As it is situated outside of the main town, if you want to have a later night you MUST organise a taxi otherwise you are going to be walking uphill in the dark for 30 minutes to get back. Buses are also infrequent (2 in, 2 out each day) and stop after ~6pm. If you are doing an extended stay, I highly recommend hiring a scooter and you will have no issues, while also having the ability to explore the area more easily.
