A pellet stove was used to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature and humidity. The owner's efficient communication via "WhatsApp" was clear and easy to understand, especially the video explanation of how to enter the property and the indoor facilities. There is no WiFi, but most of guests now may have a working router or eSIM for Italy, so this is no longer a drawback.

There is no full-length mirror, and the only mirror in the bathroom is just large enough to reflect your face. The two water taps are positioned too high and far away from the sink, which means a lot of water splashes. The biggest problem is that only a small amount of hot water can be used at one time, making it impossible to take a satisfying shower and gives not enough warm.

Free street parking and a good effort at communication

It's a quirky apartment. We found the layout to be a bit annoying. We would advice bedside lockers and lamps within easy reach of the bed

No good sign indicating the accommodation location when when you arrive at night. Hard to recognise .

Very quirky property, a surprise when we arrived, we were allowed to park the motorbike in the secure paring instead of on the street. A small breakfast was included. Comfy beds and a reasonable shower.

No locks on the bedroom doors or bathroom, the door hinges were very squeeky, the toilet seat was VERY wobbly and the shower head didn't fit in the holder very well. We only received the access instruction once we arrived. None of these points would stop us from coming back but we wanted to let the hosts know about these things

Good place for stay, good value for the price. Check in is pretty simple, you got instructions including video. Parking on the same side of the street, but you should catch the empty slot. Beads are comfortable. There is a fridge, coffee machine, induction plate, electric cattle. The shower and toilet are combined.

No moscito net in the bedrooms. It starts to be pretty hot and there is no fan. I afraid to open the window - there is small creek beneeth the window, supposed to be moscitos.

Good location for the University.
