It's a great hotel in a wonderful place, everything was clean and nice! The host is also great, it was easy to communicate and ask questions. It was a very nice stay!

The only thing is that in the apartment we stayed with my friends (5 people), in order to get to the only bathroom, you need to walk through the bedroom. So if somebody is sleeping there, you have to walk through it.

Clean , loacation near to all, quite area

Group of 4 adults visiting by car. The location was optimal to visit all the great spots of val pusteria, everything was at 30 minutes by car (or less) and the flat was big enough for 4 adults, super quiet and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable, spaces were great especially for people with dogs 🐕 Kitchen is small but it has most things needed to cook a few meals and eat in if you’re tired of local cuisine. The person that we met for checkin was very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our time here!

We arrived late at night so it took us 10 min to find the entrance to the place, I tried to contact the number I was given but no reply. The number is not immediately visible from the road so better to get the coordinates before arriving and arrive if possible with the sunlight. There’s only one bathroom in the flat which is inside one of the bedrooms, so not sufficient for 4 people and also quite annoying to use at nights as we would have to enter the room where my inlaws where sleeping. Just outside the flat there’s a second bathroom that doesn’t pertain to the flat but we used it anyway as it was basically attached to the flat. Without this we would have had some troubles. It would be better if there was a dishwasher but we stayed only few days so it was ok to wash dishes by hand. No washing machine is available in the apartment, I’ve seen few downstairs but not sure if they can be used.

Fantastic spacious modern ground floor apartment in superb location with parking and outside terrace and seating. Huge television, comfy seating, large dining table with surround seating. Well equipped modern kitchen except lack of cookware suitable for microwave use.

The only bathroom was ensuite to one of the bedrooms with no separate toilet within the apartment for the user of the second bedroom, although there is a common shared toilet in the lobby outside in the hallway in case of emergencies. Had some difficulty initially finding the apartment due to lack of obvious signage so clearer instructions would be beneficial.

The apartment was great, just what we needed for my family of 5! The beds were comfortable, and the large shower was great! The up keep of the outside area was beautiful! The little town is just beautiful! Such amazing views to wake up to! It's in a great location to visit Lake Braies and the surrounding area of beautiful mountains and lakes!

The only thing I'd ask to have different is if they can supply at least some olive oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen for cooking! We bought eggs but didn't think about needing something for the skillet to cook it...and then the store was closed by the time we realized it. Maybe a few tea packets and a small thing of coffee as well. Just a few basics in the kitchen would be great! Also, if they can add a pin drop or coordinates to the house it would help to locate the place. We arrived late at night, GPS address took us a few houses down and it was difficult to locate signage anywhere around.
