Shower pressure was weak

Perfectly appointed and recently renovated apartment just a couple minutes from the train/bus station - really great location for an overnight before travel. Owner was so friendly and accommodating, and always quick to respond. The apartment is wonderful - quiet, clean and comfortable. Great hot water, wifi and excellent AC for the hot days in the city. (If you’ve looked at other reviews about a dirty street feeling unsafe, it’s simply not true. The street of the apartment is really the same as most of Palermo and perfectly safe.) Having stayed in several apartments across Palermo, this was definitely a favorite! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The Hosts was super friendly. The Location is very near to the Train and Busstation.

It was loud outside. I heard a lot cars from the street.

The apartment seems newly renovated. The host was flexible enough to extend the check-out time.

Bad location: although it's close to the train station, Palermo center is small, it turned out unnecessary to stay near the train station; the neighbourhood looks dirty and I didn't feel safe walking on the street where the apartment is located. It was difficult to arrange check-in (in terms of flexibility, efficiency, and communication). It was noisy on the street in the night and early morning, I was not able to sleep well. Wifi was basically useless, I had to buy extra data bundle with my own phone. This apartment is overpriced in my opinion.
