Excellent location for visiting the main attractions of the Dolomites. Spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Check in was quick and easy. The staff is very friendly. Generally, a wonderful 7 days in the Dolomites.

The lighting of the apartment needs improvement. Unfortunately it is very close to a church's belltower, and they start using it liberally and loudly around 7 am every day: nothing the host can do, but guests should be warned before booking.

I loved this stay! The apartament was big enough, very tastefully decorated and beautiful located in almost the heart of Dolomites. Very good food in the restaurant and affordable prices. Advice for another clients: Take with you hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge and dishwasher tablets. We took this all because I read another opinions, and it helps us a lot. Some people written that church bells are too noisy. They didn't disturb us, becouse we were woking up before it rings - we came there hike, not were lazy 🙂 I would love to stay there again!

All was perfect. Maybe owner could put small table on the balcony, but this just a suggestion, not something negative.

The place is Noisy. The apartment is 30m away from a church tower with bells that ring every half hour starting 6.30am. So, forget sleeping past 6.30am in the mornings. Also, the apartment is above a busy restaurant opened till 12pm, so expect noise starting 6pm to 12pm in the evenings. The apartment does not provide any toiletries, any dish cleaning tools or dish washing liquid. The only thing you get is toilet paper. Also, there is nobody you can talk or complain either than by email. And even if you do that the answer was that this is irrelevant because no one else complained about noise before you did.

Kind and friendly staff. Perfect location. Warm and comfortable place. Ideal for one big family, two couples or a bunch of friends. Picolin gondola is at stone throw.

Poor WiFi.

Comfortable, large, apartment. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. A large bathroom with a big shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with delicious, local cuisine and lovable service. The guest house is located in the center of a small and cozy town, next to it is a shop, church, parking, charger for electric cars. The town is surrounded by beautiful mountains. There is a short distance to Alta Badia and Kronplatz ski resorts.

Poor wi-fi.

Valentina - the lady from the restaurant which is part of the property, was the nicest warmest kind person and took time to explain, and help us out with the check in... The place is very comfortable, spacious and close to Kronplatz.

The Internet is barely functional. For shorter stays it shouldn't be an issue to use mobile data. For me as I stayed longer it became an issue.
