"Lovely Host, Home, Apartment"

Parking on site, kettle (bit old but works), quiet location, lovely hostess. Beautifully presented apartment. Great checkin/out times. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"All in all, great place to stay"

Wifi should be better, we were located on the second floor and signal was very poor, almost none.

"Superb"

Agatha is a very kind host, she helped us with the check in and explained about the property. We had a nice stay and property was clean and tidy just as in pics. Private parking is a plus.

The bathroom is short and cannot shower by standing.

"Very good"

Very good location. Easy to reach everything around Como ( by car) and even North. Nice quite place with free parking. Pets, dog Pako and cat was waiting for us every evening.

"find all what expected. all good."

good location for night stop, if traveling after late flight from Bergamo to Livigno. The heating was turned off or on minimum =) we find out it in the morning. Self check in option was provided. Near apartment is good spot for early breakfast Bar Stop Valtellina

"Apartament for 4 People"

Very clean apartament with two large bedrooms.The owner is very frienndly and helpfull. Apartament has many usefull equipment. Location is not far away from lake Como but you need a car to get there.

"Friendly owner and a great, well equipped apartment."

The owner waited for us even though we arrived very late. The apartment was equipped with all we needed including a washing machine. It was great to have a private parking space. The location is really nice with plenty of shops nearby.

The lack of air conditioning.
